Matsumin Under Coat Binder is used specially on polyester knit or woven fabric (specially Spandex / Lycra fabric), where dye-sublimation from the ground fabric is very much likely to happen.
These inks are to be used as an under layer to block the dye-sublimation from the fabric, hence the rubberized pigment print given on top is not hindered and may remain in white or other desirable colors. This can be used also on top of a rotary printed cotton fabric.
Matsumin Undercoat Binder 301SS & Under Base Blocker 301LG are suitable for automatic carousel printing machine as they have non screen-clogging property.
