Matsumin Process CMYK is a water based binder specially designed for Automatic Rotary (Carousel) Printing Machine, so called water based plastisol inks.
It is a ready to use CMYK to be used with High Mesh like 120T with high dots like 80.
The ordinary water based inks have some difficulties during a process on Automatic Rotary (Carousel) Printing Machine such as screen clogging, viscosity increase of inks by heat and particularly the ink build-up on a screen bottom during wet on wet print.
This can be used for a long-time continuous printing operation with much less screen-clogging and ink-build-up on a screen bottom.
It is an eco-friendly product and thus does not contain formaldehyde, APEO nor Mineral Spirit.
